Michel Bassompierre

Born in Paris in 1948. This sculptor sculpture graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Rouen (Atelier René Leleu). Since 1972, he participated in various exhibitions and exhibition: Exhibition of French Artists, Salon International wildlife artist, Biennial International human forms in Paris. Solo exhibitions in Rouen, Nantes, La Baule, Angers, Vannes, La Roche-sur-Yon, Mont-de-Marsan, Courchevel and Deauville. He received several prizes including the grand prize at the Salon des Artistes in 1990 (gold medal in 1998, silver in 1988), and the price of the Taylor Foundation in 1988. Finally, the cities of Nantes, Anger, Carquefou, Lower Goulaie, Saint-Nazaire, Clisson, Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Pornichet Rezé and have acquired his works.
