Les prix sont nets et affichés en EURO, hors frais de
transport.
Les dimensions sont indiquées en centimètres.
Les oeuvres sont vendues sans cadre, exceptées les oeuvres
portant la mention "Oeuvres vendues encadrées".
Les frais de transport sont à la charge de l'acheteur.
Le prix exact du transport, vous sera communiqué par devis.
ce prix comprend obligatoirement une assurance.
Le paiement du montant total de votre achat, ainsi que les frais de
transport sont obligatoires, avant l'expédition.
Pour les pays hors Communauté Européenne, les frais
d'importation (droits de douane, taxes...) sont à la charge de
l'acheteur.
1. Réservation :
Votre réservation
une fois reçue, vous sera confirmée sous 48 heures par E-mail ou par
fax, dans la mesure où l'œuvre est disponible.
Dès confirmation de notre part, nous vous invitons à effectuer votre
règlement sous huit jours.
Vous pouvez également sur simple demande, réserver une
Oeuvre, un Meuble ou un Objet pour une durée de 7 jours sans engagement
de votre part.
Ce délais vous permettant de vous déplacer et ainsi
d'apprécier par vous même l'objet en question.
2. Règlement :
Le paiement du montant total de votre achat ainsi que les frais de
transport sont obligatoires, avant l'expédition.
Nous vous proposons deux modes de paiements:
-Virement Bancaire:
(Nos coordonnées bancaires vous serons communiquées par Email ou Fax)
- Paiement par Chèque
Bancaire:
Les règlements par chèque doivent
être exclusivement établis à l'ordre de "Galerie de Crécy"
et adressés au :

Important :
En cas de paiement par chèque la délivrance des objets pourra être
différée jusqu'à l'encaissement.
A réception de votre paiement vous serez averti
par E-mail, ou par fax de sa bonne réception.
3. Expédition / Livraison :
Les oeuvres d'Arts
"Peintures, Pastels, Aquarelles, Sculptures" sont
emballées gratuitement dans des caisses en bois prévues à cet
usage. Les meubles sont emballés gratuitement dans des protections
adéquates.
Les expéditions sont assurées par DHL, (ou autres selon la
destination).
Les expéditions des oeuvres d'un montant supérieur à 2500 Euros
sont assurées par une entreprise spécialisée dans le transport
international d'œuvres d'arts.
Les meubles et objets volumineux sont expédiés par transporteur.
Les expéditions sont assurées dans tous les pays.
Toutes les formalités sont assurées par nos soins.
Le client s'engage, dès réception du colis à prendre
connaissance de l'état de celui-ci et de faire les réserves en cas de
dégradations.
La Galerie de Crécy décline toutes responsabilités dans
l'acheminement de la marchandise, en cas de dégradations, vols, pertes
etc... Seule la société de transport sera responsable.
Vous serez averti par E-mail ou par fax,
de la date de livraison de votre
achat.
4. Garanties :
Une facture détaillée est fournie pour chaque achat.
Pour les oeuvres d'arts un certificat d'authenticité établi par
l'artiste ou ses ayants droits sera joint à la facture.

Satisfait ou Remboursé :
Vous venez d’acheter
une œuvre, et vous n’êtes pas satisfait. Vous avez huit jours après
réception de l’œuvre, pour la rapporter et la présenter dans son
emballage d'origine à la
GALERIE DE CRÉCY

France.
Après constatation et vérification du bon état de l’authenticité
de cette œuvre, le remboursement vous sera accordé immédiatement hors
frais d'assurance et d'expédition.

Terms of sale :
The prices are Nets and in
EURO, without the price of transport. The dimensions are indicated in
centimetres. Works are sold without frame, excluded works being marked
"Oeuvres vendues encadrées". "Work sold with frame".
The purchaser must pay the costs of transport.
The price of transport, will be communicated by estimate.
this price includes necessiarily an insurance.
The payment of purchases must be made in
totality with the cost of transport before the expedition.
For the countries except European Community, the cost of importation ( customs
taxes, taxes...) must be paid by the purchaser.
1. Reservation :
Your booking, successful time, will be confirmed to you under 48 hours by
e-mail, or by fax, as far as the Work is available.
After confirmation, we invite you to made payment under eight days.
You can, reserve a Work, or a
Piece of furniture for 7 days without obligation of your share.
This deadline must to you enable to come see the work.
2. Payment :
The payment of purchases must be made in
totality with the cost of transport before the expedition. You have, two
solution for make the payment.
- Credit transfer
(Our banking co-ordinates will be
communicated to you by Email or Fax).
- Payment by cheque
The
payments by cheque must be exclusively established at the order of "Galerie
de Crecy" and addressed to:

Important:
Should payment be made by cheque, the expedition of works may be delayed until
the amount is credited on Galerie de Crécy account.
In reception of the payment you will be warned by e-mail, fax of its good
reception.
3. Expedition :
The Paintings, Works on paper (water-color, drawing, pastels) and the sculptures
will be packed free of charge in wood packing-case, for this custom. The pieces
of furniture are packed in specifics protections.
The expeditions are ensured by DHL, (or others according to the
destination).
The expeditions of works with a value of more than 2500 Euros are ensured by a
company specialized in the international transport of works of art.
The bulky pieces of furniture and objects are dispatched by conveyor.
Forwardings are ensured in all the countries. All the formalities are ensured by
our care.
The customer engages, as of reception of the parcel to take note of the state of
this one and to make the reserves in the event of degradations.
The Gallery of Crécy declines all responsibilities in the routing for the goods,
in the event of degradations, flights, losses etc… Only the company of
transport will be responsible.
You will be warned by e-mail
or fax, the delivery date of your purchase.
4. Guarantees :
An invoice is established for each purchase.
For the works of art a certificate of authenticity established by the artist
or by the family when the artist is dead will be joined to the invoice.
5. Satisfaction or Refund :
You have just bought a painting and you are not satisfied. You have ten days
after reception of the work, to report it on is original packing to Galerie
de Crécy

After observation and check of the good state and the authenticity of this
work, the refund will be granted to you at once except expenses of
assurance and expedition).
